Design has been popularized both by companies that put it at the heart of their product, and by the success of design thinking. It is more and more considered by firms as a main driver for differentiation not only in products and services, but as well in full experiences. Design also helps to integrate ethics or social responsibility issues by adopting a broader perspective.
By analyzing the evolution of markets and of the consumer behaviors, by questioning the positioning of the company, design can as well help considering strategic issues. Furthermore, firms adopt the design method and approach in order to rethink their internal processes for their employees.
The roundtable will address how companies can integrate the "design" function and discipline to create value and improve their performance.
