IMPARARIA will present how to modernize the modular home construction trades through the integration of system engineering approach and “Modular Construction know how” in the “BIM Model”. By formalizing and embedding “Modular Construction know how” as AI (Artificial Intelligence) algorithms in the 3D model; we’ll show how to automatically generate fabrication model based on an LOD100 Architectural model. We’ll present how, we’ll be able to generate an accurate “Bill Of Material” to drive the factory. This approach is based on a paradigm shift from “Project” To a “Product” oriented organization and processes, and it’s called “Productization”. Real customers use case related to how this approach was applied to a customer case will be demonstrated, as well as how it contributed to ROI achievement.
