Being a woman and having a diagnosis of low-frequency illness is a binomial that favours discriminations, highlighting self-care and participation in health decisions.

Motivation of Individuals who Sell Sex in Thailand: Foreigners’ Perspectives

The current study examined foreigner attitudes towards individuals who sell sex (ISS) in Thailand. Results indicate significant differences in attitudes of participants towards ISS based on the gender and previous experience purchasing sex. This poster will review purpose, methods, results and discuss future research and advocacy recommendations.

In recent years there have been important legislative and social changes aimed at eradicating intimate partner violence against women. A comparison between 2006 and 2018 of the perceived frequency and severity of this violence shows significant changes in the Spanish social perception of this problem.
