This panel proposal aims to explore and discuss alternative service delivery models and the associated societal responses centred around the principles of inclusion, equity, diversity, adaptability and leaving no one behind. As societies continue to evolve and face new challenges, it is essential to examine how service delivery can be reimagined to cater to diverse needs and ensure a more equitable and inclusive society. The panel will delve into questions relating to innovative approaches, policies, and practices that have successfully addressed the gaps in traditional service delivery and fostered social cohesion and well-being among individuals and communities. The goal is to provide meaningful insights and recommendations to policymakers, practitioners, and researchers in building sustainable and inclusive service delivery systems.
