Conference Agenda

This session explores creative approaches to teaching and learning in public policy. Dr. Evren Tok, Associate Dean at the College of Public Policy, Hamad Bin Khalifa University (HBKU), will showcase the application of LEGO® Serious Play® (LSP) in public policy education. Drawing on real-world classroom and workshop experiences, Dr. Tok will illustrate how LSP has been used to enhance understanding of the policy process—particularly in framing policy problems, exploring stakeholder perspectives, and co-creating policy solutions. The session will highlight how tactile and visual methods can foster systems thinking, empathy, and collaborative analysis in both graduate education and professional policy labs.
